আমরা প্রায়ই শিখতে চাই শব্দের ভেতর দিয়ে—উপদেশ, ব্যাখ্যা, আলোচনার মাধ্যমে। কিন্তু জীবনের অনেক গভীর শিক্ষা শব্দের বাইরে অবস্থান করে।

We often try to learn through words. Yet many of life’s deepest lessons exist beyond words—only silence and observation.

যখন আমি নীরবে পর্যবেক্ষণ করতে শিখলাম, তখনই বুঝলাম, অনেক সত্য শব্দের ভেতর নয়, বরং তার বাইরে লুকিয়ে থাকে।

When I learned to observe in silence, I discovered that many truths lie not within words, but beyond them.

নীরব পর্যবেক্ষণ আমাদের সেই সুযোগ দেয়, যেখানে আমরা বিচার না করে শুধু দেখি এবং অনুভব করি। এই দেখার মধ্যেই ধীরে ধীরে বোঝা জন্ম নেয়।

Silent observation allows us to see and feel without judgment. In this act of seeing, understanding slowly emerges.
